This policy outlines the ethical standards expected from all participants, including fellows, trainers, and staff, to ensure fairness, credibility, and high-quality learning experiences.

Objectives of the Academic Integrity Policy

  • Promote ethical and responsible behavior within the learning environment.

  • Raise awareness of the risks and consequences of cheating and plagiarism.

  • Support independent thinking and genuine individual effort.

  • Ensure fairness and equal opportunities in assessment for all participants.

Forms of Academic Misconduct

  • Cheating: Using or providing unauthorized assistance during assessments or assignments.

  • Plagiarism: Presenting someone else’s work or ideas without proper attribution.

  • Fraud or Falsification: Manipulating information or providing false excuses to influence academic outcomes.

  • Misuse of Collaboration: Assigning individual tasks to others or relying excessively on group members in shared work.

  • Identity Misrepresentation: Allowing another person to complete assessments on one’s behalf or doing so for someone else.

Disciplinary Actions

  • Reviewing and documenting the case with supporting evidence.

  • Canceling the result of the exam or activity in which the misconduct occurred.

  • Suspending or revoking academic achievements related to the violation.

  • Notifying the participant of the decision while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Applying additional measures depending on the severity and type of violation.

Academic Monitoring & Verification

The Scientific Endowment ensures academic integrity through:

  • Monitoring attendance and participation requirements.

  • Verifying that the participant personally completes all assigned tasks.

  • Implementing clear regulations for managing assessments and evaluations.

Assessment & Examination Regulations

  • Adhering to designated entry and exit times for examinations.

  • Prohibiting the use of unauthorized devices or tools.

  • Documenting any violations and following formal investigation procedures.

Attendance & Absence Policy

  • Attendance is recorded digitally or in person depending on the program format.

  • Participants who exceed the allowed absence limit may be barred from final assessments.

  • Missing a final exam without an approved official excuse results in failing the course or module.
