The Attendance Policy aims to regulate electronic participation for fellows in training programs and ensure participants’ active engagement to maximize the benefits of the fellowship programs.

Key Points of the Attendance Policy

  • Participation in synchronous virtual sessions is considered equivalent to physical attendance.

  • For programs delivered asynchronously that exceed one month in duration, a minimum of 25% of program hours must be completed to ensure adequate participation.

  • In blended learning programs (both virtual and in-person) longer than one month, synchronous virtual sessions must cover at least 25% of the program hours to guarantee direct attendance.

  • Each participant is required to follow the program plan and actively engage in all scheduled sessions.

  • Participants must complete at least 80% of the total program hours to successfully complete the course.

This policy applies to all participants in the fellowship programs and must be adhered to by all supervisors and staff of the Scientific Endowment. Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary actions in accordance with the approved regulations.
